Well, if you got this far, you’re curious enough! I’ve been working professionally with kids since 1994, animals since 2002, and grown-up wannabees like you and I since 2008. I’ve loved, lost, moved, quit, transformed, let go, kicked and screamed, surrendered and I’m here to help. I get it.
This year I’m offering a yearlong coaching program for people and pets. It looks like this….
From January-March, we take a look at the Air element – the mind, meditation, thoughts, breath. April-June we look at Fire – passion, spirit, soul, planting seeds. July-September we dive into Water – emotions, fluidity, flow. And October-December we head into Earth – the physical, harvest time, groundedness.
